A seasoned executive, Jeff Wolfberg, has over 30 years experience as a business leader of small and middle market manufacturing companies. During this time he focused his attention on earnings and team alignment to create successful strategic plans and tactical execution. His experience includes acquisitions and integration of domestic and international companies and the turnaround of many businesses in industrial, consumer and commercial markets.
Growing up in a family business, and leading companies from as few as three up to 800 employees, Jeff knows and understands the issues of entrepreneurs and small business. He has created new business models, launched several major new product lines and built new distributor networks. He is hands-on and has skills in virtually every aspect of business excelling in sales, marketing, team building, process development and process improvement.
Joining BFGoodrich at the start of his career, Jeff made a steady rise through the ranks of sales and marketing, ultimately leading a new business venture for them. He moved on to leadership roles and to be the president of two tool and equipment companies and a seal manufacturer. As a result of his skills and reputation for managing and marketing through distribution channels, Jeff also guest lectures at universities and trade groups on this topic.
While the coaching platform of CEO Focus is peer group (mastermind) facilitation, he also works with company owners/senior managers individually on specific issues.
