For over 30 years Gary has worked as a mentor/coach for numerous leaders and for numerous organizations ranging in size from 10 people to 250 people. He has experience in both the non-profit and for-profit worlds. Along the way he graduated from Keller Graduate School of Management with a Masters of Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
He has been responsible to help improve performance by helping leaders and organizations evaluate vision, structure and processes so they can take intentional steps to empower and energize the workforce. Desire higher quality products and services? Greater customer satisfaction? Increased profit? Know this…”Great organizations run on great people!” For leaders and team members alike, grow the people and you grow the organization. Neglect your team and both your team members and your organization suffer.
As a business owner looking to develop your business higher and farther, you want a business coach working with you step-by-step to help you achieve your goals. Not only will Gary tell you the truth about both you and your business (even when you don’t want to hear it), he will help you develop short-term and long-term goals and strategies that improve your business in areas you already recognize, as well as in areas you might have overlooked or never considered.
Additionally, with the collaborative element of CEO Focus, you will have opportunity to connect with other business owners who understand the daily struggles, challenges and opportunities you face. Together, you will help each other excel in your individual businesses. This “mastermind” piece of CEO Focus is of great value to your personal and business development.
While Gary is not wearing his business hat, he is an avid racquetball player, he is highly committed to his faith and local church, and he is a loving father to his three children, Emily, Adam and Matthew.
Gary looks forward to talking with you about where you want to take both your business life and your personal life!
While the coaching platform of CEO Focus is peer group (mastermind) facilitation, Gary also works with company owners/senior managers individually on specific issues of concern and opportunities for advancement, including, but not limited to:
- Strategic planning
- Leadership skills enrichment
- Team development
- Internal infrastructure efficiency
- Process improvement
- Human resource enhancement
- Culture building
- Vision and passion expansion and implementation
